If you're feeling stuck, challenged, or noticing yourself repeating patterns that no longer serve you, you don’t have to navigate it alone. Many people reach a point where they feel unsure about how to move forward or how to live in a way that feels more aligned with who they truly are. Together, we can work through these burdens and begin exploring what may be keeping you from experiencing the life you want. If you're not sure what your goals are or what might be preventing you from moving forward, that is a perfectly valid place to begin—or continue—your path toward change, clarity, and healing.

We work hard, we try to create relationships and joy, we need to play & create, and most of us need some sense of love & belonging, along with a sense of purpose. Mental health counseling is a form of help that can be tailored to meet the diverse needs of many individuals. Some mental health professionals, including me, intentionally incorporate spiritual or religious elements into their therapeutic practices. I do so because I primarily serve a Christian community, because my clients also adhere to religious principles in their own lives, and I subscribe to the belief that people experiencing distress can especially benefit from the help of God and spiritual empowerment.
Perhaps you're struggling in silence, and from the outside, everything seems fine to your friends and family. But what happens when your outer world doesn't reflect what's going on inside? You may feel overwhelmed, lost, or too embarrassed to speak up. Who can you talk to or trust that you can say the things that you don’t feel right to say out loud? You are not alone, and it is more common than you may think. This increases anxiety and can stand in the way of building fulfilling relationships, achieving career success, or finding a place of peace where you truly feel at home.
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with three years of experience in both inpatient and outpatient care, and I specialize in ADHD, PTSD, depression, grief, and women's issues. I'm EMDR-trained and bring a holistic, humorous, and open-minded style to our work together — you can expect real talk, not clinical distance.
