Hello, and welcome! I'm Gloria. I'm a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, and I am passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to individuals across the lifespan. I support clients with concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma-related challenges, stress, and other psychiatric needs. I know reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, so I work hard to create a space where you can feel safe, comfortable, and truly heard. My goal is for you to feel supported from the very beginning and confident that you do not have to navigate this alone.
Welcome to my profile!!! As a board certified LPC (Licensed Professional Counseling), I believe prioritizing mental health is key to happiness and stability in life. I believe you can get to where you want to be with support and connection. I specialize in trauma recovery, using EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) modality. I am a flexible person and easy to get to know.
I'm an LCSW with expertise in brain and behavior and additional specialty in addiction
I'm Lina, and I'm passionate about empowering individuals on their journey to healing and growth. With a diverse background in hospital social work, outpatient mental health services, and inpatient psychiatric care, I have gained invaluable experience and insights that enable me to support a wide range of clients facing emotional and mental health challenges.
I spent 18 years as a firefighter and EMT, showing up for people at their most vulnerable and helping heal their physical wounds. Now, I bring that same dedication to helping people heal their emotional wounds as a Licensed Professional Counselor with Love Focused Counseling. I've been in the mental health field since 2012 — from residential care to private practice — and I founded my practice on one belief: the most important relationship you'll ever have is the one with yourself. When that relationship is strong and stable, you can show up fully in every other area of your life.
I have spent most of my career working with children and families in community mental health, but I am now focusing on providing telehealth services for adults. My background includes extensive experience supporting individuals with trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and executive functioning challenges. I am passionate about helping people navigate life transitions and overcome obstacles, and I strive to create a supportive and empowering environment for every client.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with the Oregon State Board. I completed my masters degree at Adams State University in Colorado.
Welcome to my practice. I specialize in treating trauma, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. I work primarily through a somatic lense helping clients connect with their body. I’m a trained yoga teacher and instruct clients with meditation skills to facilitate grounding. EMDR is an additional modality that I incorporate to assist with trauma integration and overwhelming feelings.
I received my PhD from Fuller Graduate School of Psychology and have experience in community mental health, university counseling center, and hospital settings. I also worked as a professor at Fuller Graduate School of Psychology and as a clinical supervisor for doctoral students before transitioning to my current full-time private practice. I enjoy working with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds, and I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, trauma, and spiritual/faith-related concerns. I believe authenticity and humility are essential qualities in an effective therapist, which is why I am committed to my own ongoing personal growth and development as part of my clinical role.
Life doesn't come with an instruction manual. When emotions feel intense, relationships become difficult, or stress starts affecting everyday life, having the right tools can make a real difference.
For more than 8 years, I’ve helped clients develop practical skills to better manage emotions, cope with difficult situations, improve relationships, and move forward with greater confidence.
My practice specializes in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)—a practical, skills-based approach that focuses on learning how to navigate life's challenges while building a life that feels more manageable and meaningful.
Counseling can help you:
• Understand and manage difficult emotions • Develop healthier ways to cope with stress • Strengthen relationships and communication • Set and maintain healthy boundaries • Increase self-awareness and mindfulness • Navigate transitions and challenges • Build confidence in handling difficult moments
I believe every person deserves to be heard, understood, and treated with dignity. My approach is holistic, recognizing that mental health is influenced by biological, psychological, social, spiritual, and lifestyle factors. I provide compassionate, evidence-based, and nonjudgmental care in a safe environment where clients can openly discuss their concerns. Together, we work to develop a personalized treatment plan that supports healing, resilience, and long-term wellness.
I became a psychiatric nurse practitioner because I did my own work first — after years in a career that looked fine from the outside and felt hollow on the inside, something finally clicked. I live with ADHD and ASD myself, and I'll be direct: it makes me better at this. I'm wired to hold fine details and the big picture simultaneously, connect patterns across a history, and notice what other providers might miss. I work especially well with children and adolescents (ages 6+), perinatal and antepartum folks, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and people who are AFAB or identify as women — many navigating ADHD, autism, PTSD, PMDD, OCD, mood disorders, or a diagnosis that never quite fit. If previous providers didn't get the full picture of you, that's exactly the gap I'm here to close.
